AO Metallotorg sales high-quality rolled stock directly from manufacturers and factories in packaging from the manufacturer. Galvanized steel sheets and cold-rolled steel sheets up to 3.9 mm according to GOST standard come from manufacturing plants already in packs, where the sheets are stacked one-to-one, and the side and end surfaces are lined with annealed steel channels. The packs are tied with steel strap 30–40 mm wide and 1.2–2.0 mm thick. Long products, shaped, round, gauged bars, wire with section sizes up to 50 mm are also tied in coils and bundles. Shaped profiles are bundled. Each pack or bundle has only one type of rolled stock metal, a pack and a roll consist of one roll stock batch. Long rods in bundles are tied in cross section every 2-3 m according to standard. Steel Bar Channels up to 6m should be tied in at least in two places.

When a pack is opened and the part of the metal is shipped from it to the client, the rolling is shipped in bulk. In order to preserve the metal during transportation, our company offers paid steel sheets and steel strips packaging service- the metal that is most exposed to deformation. Before loading to the client's or our vehicle, the sheets are tied longitudinally (single package) and / or perpendicularly (double packaging) with a steel strap so that the sheet and strip metal do not crumble along the way in order to avoid deformation. When shipping open bundles, the sheets on the outside will not be additionally packed with a soft steel sheet ( roll stock packaging). Therefore, if a large tonnage of steel sheet is needed, it is important to find out from your manager whether there are any closed packs in stock and how heavy they are.
