Steel roll-formed closed welded profiles GOST 30245-2003 square and rectangular.
This standard applies to steel profiles of rectangular cross section or steel profiles of square sections GOST 30245, intended for building steel structures ( structures made of steel profiles ).
Steel profile production.
GOST steel profiles are made on specialized mills by forming a round pipe with a longitudinal weld and roll compression into a square and rectangular profile.
The steel metal profile is made of rolled sheet products supplied in rolls, according to GOST 19903, of steel:
- carbonaceous general purpose and low-alloyed according to GOST 27772 - 3 mm thick and more
- carbon steel of general purpose with a thickness of 4 mm - according to GOST 14637, 3 mm thick - according to GOST 16523
- carbon steel quality grades 10, 15, 20 according to GOST 1050
- low-alloy steel with a thickness of 4 mm according to GOST 19281, 3 mm thick - according to GOST 17066
Steel profiles gauge:
- square profile steel GOST 30245: 40x40x2.0 - 300x300x14.0
- steel rectangular profile: 50x25x2.0 - 400x200x14.0
