Expanded Steel Sheets (TU 0971-001-55980712-2012) - flat rolled stock, characterized by a ribbed surface, which provides the sheet with greater adhesion of surfaces, which is used at an ambient temperature of -65 degrees C and higher.
Expanded metal sheet is made using the technology of simultaneous perforation and extraction using powerful pressing equipment. It is used for the manufacture of platforms and steps of marching stairs, ladders, pedestrian bridges, walkways in the oil, gas, petrochemical industry, for safety fences, for the manufacture of various containers, sifting various rocks, as a reinforcing component for applying plaster. Due to the available holes in the sheet, the expanded metal sheet has excellent anti-slip properties, light permeability, ventilation, does not trap snow and mud, simplifies the design, increases the area of overlapping objects, up to 60% compared to a smooth sheet. Expanded Steel Sheets produce:
- from sheet steel according to state standard specifications: GOST 14637, GOST 16523
- from steel grades according to state standard specifications: GOST 380-94
- thickness of the rolling sheet from 1 to 6mm
- width of finished products from 500 mm to 1250 mm
- with cells in the form of "scales" (expanded metal grating) and in the form of rhombuses. AO Metallotorg manufactures sheets with a cut-out type “scales” (expanded metal grating).
The standard product range of Expanded Steel Sheets in AO Metallotorg is represented by sheet numbers: 406, 408, 506, 510, 608, 610.
In our prices, the name "Expanded Steel Sheet 508x110x1000x2000 ... 3000" denotes the expanded metal, the figure "508" means the following: 5mm thick tack
